Old Mill Drift Guest Farm is a pet-friendly, family-friendly mountain getaway situated 27 km from Clarens. With more than 7.5 km river frontage and nestled in the Maluti Mountains, the scenery is nothing short of spectacular.

The farm’s picturesque landscape is enclosed in parts by forest and saturated with 3 natural springs which form various natural pools, 3 dams, and small waterfalls which are only available in the summer season—perfectly suited for couples, families and groups of friends who want to get away from it all. We also offer venue hire of our historical mill, with a large deck overlooking the dam and breathtaking views over the Caledon River towards Lesotho.

The accommodation comprises of 4 Chalets, 2 Lodges, 2 Wendy Houses, 1 self-catering unit, 5 large campsites, and campsites with no electricity. Facilities include self-catering units all with fire-places, verandah's with views each with its own braai area and fire-pit, picnic spots, pet friendly and Wi-Fi available at additional cost.

On-site activities include trails of many types: Hiking, 4x4 trails, MTB, adventure biking, Enduro biking adventure running and horse-riding however guests need to have their own mounts. Other activities include fishing, birding, guided walks, swimming in dams and river, river-tubing, dinosaur site, star, gazing and many more.
